What This Page Is Used For
The Manage > Students page is a vital tool for administrators, allowing them to:
Create, edit, and manage student accounts
Monitor eligibility and compliance status
Review forms, documents, and medical information
Communicate with students and parents
Enroll, withdraw, transfer, or graduate students
Export reports and student records
Sync verified data to your SIS (if enabled)
Understanding Compliance Colors
Each student row on the Manage > Students page is color-coded to indicate compliance status for the currently selected mode:
Green – Fully compliant
Yellow – Action needed soon (expiring requirement)
Red – Not compliant (expired or missing requirement)
It's important to note that a student may appear compliant in one mode (such as Academic) but not in another (like Athletic).
How This Page Is Organized
The Students page is organized into several key sections:
