Welcome to our guide on Enrollment Mode! This feature is essential for reviewing applicants, confirming their eligibility, and formally enrolling students into a school building. In this article, we will walk you through the process of managing applicants and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.

What Is an Applicant?

An applicant is a student who meets the following criteria:

  • Has completed registration forms

  • Is not yet enrolled in a school

  • Cannot register for sports or activities until enrollment is finalized

Accessing Enrollment Mode

To access Enrollment Mode, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Manage > Students

  2. Select Enrollment Mode from the Mode dropdown

By default, only applicants will appear in this view.

Reviewing an Applicant

Before enrolling a student, it's important to review their information thoroughly. Here are the steps to follow:

  • Review submitted forms

  • Check documents and information

  • Confirm eligibility requirements

During this process, you can:

  • View forms and documents

  • Send reminders to parents

  • Add Custom Clearances for any missing items

Enrolling a Student

Once you are ready to enroll a student, follow these steps:

  1. Click Enroll on the applicant's row.

  2. Review and edit enrollment details.

  3. Click Save to complete the enrollment.

Once enrolled:

  • The student becomes active.

  • Academic eligibility tracking begins.

  • Athletic and activity registration becomes available.

If a Student Is Not Ready

If the requirements are incomplete, you have a few options:

  • Leave the student as an applicant.

  • Notify parents using reminders or email.

  • Apply Custom Clearances as needed.

  • Always review enrollment details carefully.
