Welcome to our guide on managing physicals and concussion baselines! This document explains how to track athletic medical requirements effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of your students. Let's dive into the details!
Physicals and Concussion Baselines
Physicals and concussion baselines are essential tools for schools to manage athletic medical requirements and ensure student safety. By maintaining these records, schools can help ensure compliance and promote a healthy athletic environment.
Physical Expiration Tracking
The status of physicals is visible in both Athletic and Medical Modes. Here are the status indicators you will encounter:
Expired – The physical is no longer valid.
Expiring Soon – Renewal is needed.
Current – The physical is valid.
It's important to note that expired physicals typically result in athletic ineligibility, so keeping track of these statuses is crucial.
Concussion Baseline Tracking
Concussion baselines are specifically tracked in Medical Mode and include the following features:
They appear only in Medical Mode.
They track testing and expiration dates.
They do not affect the overall compliance color.
Adding or Editing Concussion Records
To add or edit concussion records, follow these simple steps:
Switch to Medical Mode.
Click the Concussion icon on the student's row.
Add or edit the following information:
Test date
Expiration date
Notes or summary
Save your changes.
You can also upload supporting documents to the concussion record for better documentation.
Parent Notifications

Best Practices

Review expirations regularly.
