  5. Write your message, and send it off!

Mass Email

To reach multiple students or parents at once, you can send a mass email. Here's how:

  1. (Optional) Apply filters to select specific students.

  2. Click the Email button.

  3. Choose the recipient group.

  4. Enter the subject and message.

  5. Hit send!

Using filters allows for targeted messaging, such as reminders for expired physicals.

Automated Notifications

The Notification Bell icon enables you to send automated reminders for various important tasks, including:

  • Parent signatures

  • Student signatures

  • Physical expiration

  • Payment status

FinalForms also automatically sends reminders for expiring physicals at 60, 30, 15, 5, and 0 days, ensuring that no important deadlines are missed.

When to Use Each Option

Understanding when to use each communication method can enhance your outreach efforts:

  • Automated reminders: Ideal for routine follow-ups.

  • Mass email: Best for targeted announcements.

  • Individual email: Suitable for sensitive or specific cases.

Best Practices

To ensure effective communication, consider the following best practices:

  • Use filters before sending mass emails to target the right audience.

  • Avoid duplicate messaging to prevent confusion.

  • Allow automated reminders to handle deadlines so that you can focus on other important tasks.
