View All Staff

To view all staff members in your organization, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on Manage in the main menu.

  2. Select Staff from the dropdown options.

Using the View By Options

Once you are in the Staff section, you can filter the staff list using the following options:

  • View staff by Building.

  • View staff by Academic, Athletic, Extracurricular, or Medical mode.

View a Staff Member Profile

To access a specific staff member's profile, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Manage in the main menu.

  2. Select Staff from the dropdown options.

  3. Click on the name of the staff member you wish to view.

Information Available in the Profile

From the staff member's profile, you can view a variety of important information, including:

  • Contact information

  • Form signature status

  • Assigned sports, activities, and groups

  • Certifications

  • Documents

  • Attendance records
