Import or Update Staff Via CSV

Steps to Import CSV Files
Follow these simple steps to import your CSV file successfully:
Go to Manage > Staff.
Click on Import.
Download the template CSV file.
Complete all required fields in the CSV.
Remove any example rows from the file.
Upload the completed CSV file.
Review the preview of your import.
Click on Import.
Important Note
⚠️ Please do not close the page during the import process. This ensures that your data is uploaded correctly.
Post-Import Review
Once the import is complete, permissions will be automatically assigned based on the job titles provided in the CSV. However, it is always a good practice to review these permissions afterward to ensure everything is set up correctly.
