Steps to Send Mass Emails
1. Search for Staff
Begin by searching for the staff members you wish to email. This can be done easily through the search function in your FinalForms dashboard.
2. Select Emails
Once you have located the staff members, navigate to the Email section to proceed with your email.
3. Select Email Staff
In the Actions menu, select Email Staff. This will allow you to compose your message for the selected individuals.
4. Mass Emails
If you want to send an email to multiple staff members, you can apply filters to narrow down your selection. This is optional, but it can help target your message more effectively.
5. Enter Subject and Message
After selecting the staff, enter a subject line and the body of your message. Make sure your subject is clear, and your message is concise to capture attention.
6. Send
Once you're satisfied with your email, you can click the Send button to deliver it to the staff members.
Advanced Option: Copy Email Addresses
If you need to send emails outside of FinalForms or to a different platform, you can use the Copy Email Addresses feature. This allows you to easily copy the email addresses of the selected staff members for use in other email clients.
