Create, Edit, or Delete a Sport

The purpose of this guide is to help you manage the athletic offerings available in our system.

To add a new sport, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to Manage > Sports.

2. Click on Add Sport.

3. Select the appropriate options for gender, season, grades, and registration settings.

4. Click Save to finalize the sport's creation.

If you need to make changes to an existing sport, you can easily update the following:

• Teams

• Coaches

• Registration dates

• Sending schools

Additionally, you can create teams for travel, tournaments, or logistics as needed.

1. Click Manage > Sports.

2. Locate the sport you want to remove and click the Trashcan icon (Delete).

3. A secondary pop-up will open for you to confirm the deletion request.

Deleting a sport permanently removes all related data, including roster, missed practices, inventory, surveys, etc., from FinalForms. This action should be rarely taken, and only if the sport was never actually offered.
