How to View & Edit School Information
To manage school information, follow these straightforward steps:
Click on Manage > Schools.
Select the school you wish to edit.
Modify any of the available options on the page as needed.
Click Update School at the bottom of the page to finalize your changes.
Areas of Note
Here are some key features you should be aware of when managing school information:
Key Positions: Designate important staff positions to display their contact information on the School page. The sections include: principal, principal's secretary, athletic director, assistant athletic director, athletic secretary, and athletic trainers.
Automatic Notification Reply-To Addresses: This feature allows a reminder email to be sent to parents, notifying them of their student's expiring physical. The listed address is where they can send their replies.
Date Configurations: These are essential athletic and academic dates for the school year that need to be accurately maintained.
Seasonal Registration Windows: These windows set the default registration close dates for sports and activities seasons. Administrators can override these dates on a sport-by-sport basis. Note: Updating these dates will only affect sports that previously used the default settings.
Custom Administrative Messages: This feature allows Administrators to add important note banners to the homepages of parents, athletic trainers, and coaches, ensuring everyone stays informed.
Roster Email: This option overrides the sender's default roster footer or signature. Once checked, a text editor will appear, allowing users to add links to external web pages, such as district athletic pages or ticket purchasing systems.
