Filtering Medical Reports

In this article, you will learn about the different ways to filter your medical reports. Filters can be combined and are particularly useful in combination with Exports.

1. Click Manage > Medical Reports.

2. Filter using one or more of the following options:

   • School

   • School Level

   • All My Schools (default)

   • Open or Closed - All medical reports are either open (active) or closed.

   • Date Ranger - Type in a date range to find all medical reports created or updated within the range. Important: The date must be entered in the following format "mm/dd/yy" (Ex: 11/8/18 to 11/10/18).

   • Status - Select a status type to find all matching medical reports.

   • Name - Type in part of a name or ID to find all matching sports.

   • Sport/Season - Select a season to find all matching sports.

   • Body Part - Select a body part to find all matching medical reports.

   • Injury - Type in an injury or part of an injury name to find all matching medical reports.
