Exporting Medical Reports

In this article, you will learn about the available export options for medical reports. These are particularly powerful in combination with various filters.

1. Click Manage > Medical Reports.

2. (Optional) Filter for the set of medical reports you would like to export.
   Ex. Select Fall in your Sport/Season filter to select all medical reports relating to fall sports.

3. Click the Reports button.

4. Select Surgeries CSV.

5. Your export will run in the background, and you'll receive an email when it's ready. Or use My Exports from your user dropdown to check progress.

6. Click the file to open the spreadsheet of medical reports involving surgeries.

5. Your export will run in the background, and you'll receive an email when it's ready. Or use My Exports from your User dropdown to check progress.

6. Click the file to open the spreadsheet of medical reports involving doctor referrals.

3. Click the Reports button.

4. Select Full CSV.

5. Your export will run in the background, and you'll receive an email when it's ready. Or use My Exports from your User dropdown to check progress.

6. Click the file to open the spreadsheet containing all information on medical reports.
