How Do I Fix My Document Upload Error?

Edited

Welcome to our guide on using the document upload feature.

File Size Limit

Our document upload feature has a file size limit of 25 MB. If your file exceeds this limit, you may experience difficulties during the upload process.

Recommended File Format

To help reduce the file size, we recommend converting your document to .pdf format. This format is not only widely accepted but also typically results in smaller file sizes, making uploads easier.

Steps to Upload Your Document

  1. Convert your file to .pdf format.

  2. Ensure the file size is under 25 MB.

  3. Attempt to upload the file again.

Other Troubleshooting Tips

If you are still having trouble, here are some other suggestions to help you resolve the issue:

  • Rename the document to make it unique. The file name cannot match the name of a previously uploaded document. For example, if you've previously uploaded "physical.pdf", try renaming the new file to "physical 2026.pdf" and then upload it. Files in your student's documents folder have to have unique names.

  • Refresh the page and try again. If it works, then the whole page just didn't load last time.

  • Try a different browser. If it works, there may be a configuration issue with your browser.

  • Try a different computer in a different location (specifically, on a different network, like trying this at home). If it works, then there is a network configuration issue.
