How Do I Remove Emails from Spam List?

When an email address marks our messages as spam, our system automatically prevents future emails from reaching that address. This is a necessary measure to ensure that our emails are not repeatedly flagged, which could ultimately hinder our ability to communicate with other users as well.

Removing Your Email from the No-Send List

Good news! We have removed your email from our no-send list. To avoid any future issues, we kindly ask that you ensure emails from our @finalforms.com domain are not marked as spam. Here are some simple steps to safelist our emails based on the most common email providers:

Gmail

  • Create a filter by entering mailman@finalforms.com in the From field.

  • Select Never Send it to Spam, then click Create Filter.

  • You can also add us to your Gmail contacts list to help prioritize our emails.

Outlook

  • Navigate to Junk Email Options in your Outlook settings.

  • Select Safe Senders and click Add.

  • Enter mailman@finalforms.com.

Yahoo

  • Click the gear icon to access settings, then select More Mail Settings.

  • Go to Safe and Blocked Senders, then select Safe Senders.

  • Add mailman@finalforms.com to the safelist.
