Collecting End-of-Season Surveys
FinalForms' end-of-season surveys allow your administration to gather student and parent feedback, promoting continuous improvement and support for your sports programs. Your administration can use this information to make better decisions and build a positive sports culture.
Sending Survey Requests
Click Manage > Sports.
Click Roster on the sports record.
Click the Sports Management dropdown and select either:
End of Season Student Survey
End of Season Parent Survey
Click the button to initiate the survey.
A warning will appear that the survey email will be sent to all who have yet to complete it. Click to send the said emails.
To Resend Survey Reminders:
Click the Senf Survey Prompts button on the survey pages to prompt those who have not yet completed the survey to do so.
View Survey Responses
Click Manage > Sports.
Click Roster on the Sports record.
Click the Sports Management dropdown and select either:
End of Season Student Survey
End of Season Parent Survey
View the tables of responses and a color-coded bar chart below the Survey Prompts button. Hover over questions to see response numbers. The response legend is at the top of each table.
A note on parent surveys:
To keep family responses to a survey equal, all parents/guardians of one student athlete receive one survey response on which to collaborate.
