Parent Registered In Next School Year but Is Actually Enrolling This Year

Welcome to our guide on how to adjust a student's enrollment to reflect the current school year without changing the start and end dates. This process is straightforward and ensures that your records remain accurate and up-to-date. Let's dive into the steps!

Goal

The goal of this process is to adjust the student's enrollment to the current school year while keeping the start and end fields unchanged.

Steps to Adjust Enrollment

  1. Go to Manage > Students.

  2. Click Edit on the student's record.

  3. Scroll to Enrollment Records and click Edit Record on the 2025-26 record.

  4. Update the District Entry Date to the first attending date within the current school year.

  5. Important: Do not change the following fields:

    • District Exit Date

    • Enrollment Record Start Date or End Date

  6. If the student needs to appear in Enrollment Mode for the current school year, change the Status from Active to Applicant.

  7. Save the record.

Important Note

When you update a form's information or change the school year, any prior signatures will be invalidated. Users will need to re-sign the document. Please note that signature removal is permanent, but all entered information will remain intact.
