Use Gatekeeper for Actively Enrolled Students (Desynced)

Pre-check
Before you begin, always review all YELLOW-highlighted fields to ensure that everything is correct before finalizing your updates.
Steps to Update Student Data
Go to Manage > Students and find the student whose data you need to update.
Click the Desynced Gatekeeper icon on the student's row to access their data.
Review the Converted Values for accuracy. Make any necessary edits to ensure they meet your district's or SIS requirements.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update Student (or the equivalent option available).
Once submitted, the data will be pushed to your SIS in real time.

As you review the data, keep the following in mind:
The left column displays the FinalForms Value (the information provided by the parent or guardian).
The right column shows the Converted Value (the information that will be pushed to the SIS).
The middle column indicates the dataflow status icons (synced, will update, edit in FinalForms).
