Adding Students, Completing Forms, and Registering for Sports/Activities

Parent Dashboard Overview

Once logged in, you will land on your Dashboard. This is where you can:

  • Add students

  • Complete required forms

  • Register student(s) for sports and activities

  • Track form status and progress


How to Add a Student

  1. Click Add Student.

  2. Enter basic information (name, grade, school).

  3. Save; the student will now appear on the dashboard.

Why this matters

Correct information ensures the student is assigned to the right school and grade, which determines which forms will be required.


Registering for Sports or Activities

During open registration periods, guardians can:

  1. Select specific sports/activities for their student.

  2. See if a sport is open, closed, or full.

  3. Fill out athletic-specific forms as needed.

Parents can add/remove sports at any time before the deadline.
If they make changes, both the parent and student may need to re-sign their forms.


Completing Required Forms

Each form includes:

  • Required information fields

  • Parent/Guardian signature fields

  • Student signature fields (when applicable)

Both parties must sign from their own accounts.
