If your student is having trouble logging into their school-issued email account, you may need help accessing it so they can receive messages or complete signatures in FinalForms. Here’s what you need to know.


Does FinalForms have access to student email accounts?

No. For privacy and security reasons, FinalForms does not have access to student email accounts, passwords, or inbox settings. We're not able to reset, unlock, or troubleshoot school-owned email accounts.


Who can help with school email access?

Your school administration is the best contact for you. They can help you with:

  • Password resets

  • Login issues

  • Email activation

  • Locked or disabled accounts

Once the school assists you and your student can successfully log in, your student will be able to:

  • Receive FinalForms notifications

  • Access messages

  • Complete the required student signatures


What should I do next?

  1. Contact your school’s main office, IT department, or administration team.

  2. Ask for assistance logging into your student’s school email account.

  3. Once the account is accessible, return to FinalForms to continue completing forms.
