If you’re unable to see your child in your FinalForms parent account, you’ll need help from your school to get everything connected. Here’s why and what to do next.
Why Can’t FinalForms Connect My Child to My Account?
While we understand that you are most likely fully authorized to access your child’s information, FinalForms Support cannot connect student accounts to parent accounts.
Family situations can vary, and for security and privacy reasons, only your school administration can verify and approve these connections.
This ensures that student information is shared only with the correct parent or guardian.
Who Can Help Me Connect My Child to My Account?
Your school office or administrative team can connect your accounts.
For example, an administrator will be able to:

Request that they connect your student to your FinalForms parent account.
After they complete the connection, log back into FinalForms to see your student.
