Why Can't My Parent See My Account?

If your parent can’t see you in their FinalForms account, or if your account isn’t linked to theirs yet, here’s what you need to know and who can help.
Can FinalForms connect me to my parent’s account?
No. FinalForms Support can’t connect student accounts to parent accounts. We don’t decide which adults should have access to a student; that’s something only your school can approve.
Every family situation is different, so your school has to verify who should be connected.
Who can help connect my account?
Your school office or administrator is the only person who can link your FinalForms student account with your parent or guardian’s account.
They can:
Confirm who your parent/guardian is
Connect your student account to your parent’s account
Make sure the right forms and information show for both of you
What should I do?
You or your parent should contact your school office and ask them to:
“Please connect my FinalForms student account to my parent’s account.”
Once they do this, your parent will be able to log in and see your information and forms.
