How Do I Upload Documents?
Overview
Students cannot upload documents in FinalForms. Only parents or guardians can upload paperwork such as medical forms, physicals, or other school-required documents.
How Parents Can Upload Documents
Log in to your FinalForms parent account.
Find your student and go to the Actions Bar.
Click the 📁 Document Folder icon.
Choose one of these upload options:
Option 1: Upload a File from a Computer
Click Upload File.
Find the file on the computer (DOC, PDF, JPG, or PNG).
Select the correct Document Type.
Click Upload.
Option 2: Upload a Photo From a Phone or Tablet
Click Take Photo or Choose Photo.
Take a clear, well-lit picture or choose one from the camera roll.
Select the correct Document Type.
Click Upload.
Tips for Successful Uploads
Make sure the photo or file is clear and readable.
Name the file so it’s easy for school staff to identify (i.e., JohnDoe_Physical.pdf).
