If the forms are complete and your student is still having trouble logging in, they may be facing one of the following issues:

First things first, has your student received a confirmation email? If not, ask them to check their inbox and their spam or junk folder. They can also search their inbox for a message from mailman@finalforms.com. If they still can't find it, you may need to contact your school administration for assistance.

If your student has access to their email but can't remember their FinalForms password, they can easily reset it on the student login screen by clicking the Forgot your password? link.

If your student is using a school-issued email address and does not know how to access that account to view FinalForms emails, you will need to contact the school administration. They can help your student access and log in to the school email address to locate the confirmation email from FinalForms.

Is your student unable to log in using their school email or Google Single Sign-On (SSO)? If they can't access their school-issued email for a password reset, or if your school has disabled the regular login in favor of Google SSO, and the student cannot use that either, it's best to contact the school directly for further assistance.
