Welcome to our guide for parents and guardians! Here, you'll find everything you need to know about completing and signing your student's forms in FinalForms. Let's get started!

As a parent or guardian, it's your responsibility to complete and sign all of your student's forms and requirements listed in FinalForms. To begin, make sure you are logged into your parent account.

To log into your account, visit your school's FinalForms page and click on the Parent Login icon. If you haven't created a parent account yet, don't worry! You can find more information on how to do so here.

Once you're logged in, follow these simple steps to complete your student's forms:

1. On your My Students page, click the blue Incomplete Forms button.

1. Register your student for sports or activities, or click the no changes, proceed to forms link at the bottom of the page.

2. You will see a list of form titles on the left side of the screen.

3. For each form, complete all required fields and sign it at the bottom.

4. Click Submit Form at the bottom of each form to save your changes.

Once all the forms are complete and signed by a parent or guardian, your student will receive a notification email inviting them to review the forms.
