This document provides a comprehensive guide to submitting and managing GPAs for the Scholastic Awards through TeamGPA. Follow the steps outlined below to ensure accurate GPA submissions and management for your team.

To submit the GPA for your team for the Scholastic Awards, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on Manage and then select Sports.

3. Click the Export button in the row corresponding to any sport.

4. Select WIAA Scholastic Awards.

5. Input the required information in the designated boxes. Note: This information will be pre-populated if:

   • You imported GPA data.

   • You managed GPA per student for more than 50% of your students.

6. Click SUBMIT to finalize your submission.

While managing GPA per athlete is not required, it allows for automated computation of team GPAs. To manage GPAs for individual athletes, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on Manage and then select Sports.

3. Click on the Roster.

4. Select Mode: Eligibility above the roster.

5. Click the Clock icon (also used for Physicals) in any student’s row.

6. Locate the Athlete GPA for the WIAA Scholastic Awards field and input the GPA.

7. Click Update Eligibility to save your changes.
