Manage Parent Exports/Reports

Admins can run a full export of parent accounts.

This exports a simple spreadsheet of parent account information.

  1. Click Manage > Parents.

  2. Apply any filters if needed to narrow down your parent list.

  3. Click the Export button.

  1. Your export will run in the background, and an email will be sent when it's ready. You can also use the User dropdown to check progress.

  2. Click the file to open the spreadsheet of parent information.

More parent exports, like Mailing Labels (as well as mass emailing), can be found on the Manage > Student page.
