Follow these simple steps to detach a parent from their student accounts successfully:

1. Navigate to Manage > Parents.

2. Use the search function to find the parent you wish to detach.

3. Click the Edit button for the parent's account.

4. Scroll down to the Student Accounts section and click the Remove button.

1. If you want to prevent the parent from logging in and receiving notifications, check the Lock account to prevent login and notifications box.

2. Finally, click on Update Parent to save your changes.
